All prices are per day - heating (in low season/winter and on very cold days), electricity and water is included, tourism tax
( € 2,00 per adult and day - up to 15 years) and the final cleaning (€ 45,00 for the smaller Apartments and € 55,00 for the biggest one at the end of your holiday) is excluded.

- We rent our buggy for free (please order it in advance)
- Children up to 2 years are free
- The rates avove are Family prices (2 adults with children) - from the 3rd adult person we additionally charge € 10,00 per day.
- All prices are inclusive bed linen, towels, dishes etc.
- On request it´s possible to change your bed linen (if you stay longer than a week)
- Charge for short stay € 5,00 per day if you stay under 5 nights
- In high season we only rent for 7 nights minimum (Saturday-Saturday), in low season for 3 nights minimum
- All our Apartments are non-smoker Apartments
