All prices you see above are Family prices (2 adults with children) - they are per day - heating (in low season/winter or on very cold days), electricity and water is included,
tourism tax ( € 2,00 per adult and day - up to 15 years and the final cleaning (€ 45,-- for the smaller Apartments and € 55,-- for the biggest one at the end of your holiday) is excluded.

- The rates above are Family prices (2 adults with children) - from the 3rd adult person
- we charge € 10,00 each per day.
- All prices are inclusive bed linen, towels, dishes etc.
- On request it´s possible to change your bed linen (if you stay longer than a week).
- In high season we only rent for 7 nights minimum (Saturday-Saturday)
- In low season we only rent for 3 nights minimum (short stay fee separately)
- Charge for short stay € 5,00 per day if you stay under 5 nights
- All our Apartments are non-smoker Apartments
